Advocacy and Representation
We offer comprehensive advocacy and representation services, including attending and participating in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings, reviewing and helping develop IEP goals and objectives, and ensuring compliance with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). Our team assists in the creation and modification of 504 Plans, attends 504 Plan meetings, and monitors implementation and compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Additionally, we support the development and review of BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans), ensuring they are implemented effectively and providing strategies and interventions for behavior management.
